Children have the different stages of development, the person who is working with children should understand the various cognitive development happens as physical development. I was conducting the workshop to the school teachers, each teacher came up with the challenges that they are facing everyday at the school with the growing children. True, that is why Piaget’s (1936) theory of cognitive development elaborates how child has a different mental model of the world, as he observed and described children at different ages.
